Checking-In and Checking-Out

Guests can check-in any time after mid-day on their day of arrival. We ask that guests check-out by 10.30am on the morning of departure.

Payment Methods

We can accept payment by Switch debit card and American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We can also accept payment by BACS or CHAPS, or by cash or UK cheque. We do not accept Diner or Solo cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in time incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time will incur one night's charge.
