If you're after something a little bit different then see a Valentine's Concert in the Greene Room, presented by the ever-popular Chroma Chamber Ensemble. 'From Russia with Love' will feature two of the most romantic string quartets, poetry and storytelling in an intimate setting.

A thrilling evening of mystery and murder is coming to Berkhamsted... We are hosting a thrilling 1920s murder mystery dinner in The Greene Room in conjunction with Tring Pendley Theatre, on Saturday 31st March. The evening will involve a spine-tingling murder mystery play set in 1928, a three course dinner and a glass of Prosecco.
With three different acts and supper courses between the acts, guests will be invited to guess the murderer as the play progresses. Edge-of-your-seat drama...
The evening starts at 7.30pm, and 1920s dress is encouraged. Tickets are £30, available at the Kings Arms.

An evening of glamour in the Greene Room awaits.... Our Ratpack Evening is one glamorous black-tie affair, with exquisite food and drink, live jazz music and a casino.
With Prosecco on arrival, the evening also comprises a four course dinner, specially created by our Head Chef, followed by a live music act and casino games. Black tie dress code applies, and the evening commences at 7pm, carriages at 1am.
Tickets are available to buy at the Kings Arms for £45 per person.

Berkhamsted is kicking up the live music scene again, with The Dufflefolks, presented by The Greene Note, who will be playing live in the Greene Room at the Kings Arms on 2nd February. A support act will also be playing, so get involved for a great night of fine local talent!

It's the Berkhamsted Festival of Light on Sunday 4th December, from 3.30-6.30pm, and we're getting all festive! Visit our stall outside the front of the Kings Arms, where we'll be serving warm, spicy glasses of mulled wine, hot steak and pork baguettes, and even our famous homemade Kings Arms burgers. We'll also be doing some festive cookie making and decorating for the kids!

Fortifying its ethos of giving to local communities, Oakman Inns & Restaurants has made a donation to the new Grass Quad at the Berkhamsted Girl's School. Since the Kings Arms opened its doors almost exactly a year ago, it has aimed to build a tangible relationship with the Berkhamsted community, through charitable donations, business partnerships and fundraising efforts.

We are one year old! Time has certainly flown by since our grand opening last year, and there have been ups, downs and a few bits in the middle, but we are right on track for another great Christmas! Our seasonal menu is certainly looking good, and as we gear up for the festive season, we want another excuse to party.
We're inviting you to come along to our one year anniversary party on Friday 2nd December, with champagne and cocktail offers, live music and canapes, any time from 6pm onwards!
